Section 41:  TheLegislative Assembly shall consist of:

(a) Onemember elected for each of 41 territorial constituencies;

(aa) six additional members being one additional member electedfor each of such 6 of those territorial constituencies as are prescribed fromtime to time by Act;

(b) members elected by those persons whose names appear on theindividual voters' roll”
