Legislative size (voting members)

67.(1) Subject to the provisions of section 66 of this Constitution, Jamaica shall, for the purpose of election of members to the House of Representatives, be divided into such number of constituencies, being not less than forty-five nor more than sixty, as may from time to time be provided by Order made by the Governor-General under this section.
