Legislative size (voting members)

91: The House of Representatives shall be composed of 110 deputies. The election of deputies to the House of Representatives shall be carried out in accordance with the law on the basis of universal, equal, free, direct suffrage and by secret ballot. 

Electoral Code of the Republic of Belarus (amended 2011) 15: As to hold the elections of deputies of the House of Representatives in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, 110 constituencies shall be formed ... One deputy is elected from each constituency.
