Legislative size (voting members)

91: The House of Representatives shall be composed of 110 deputies. The election of deputies to the House of Representatives shall be carried out in accordance with the law on the basis of universal, equal, free, direct suffrage and by secret ballot. 

15: For holding elections of Deputies of the Chamber of Representatives, 110 constituencies are formed in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. From each constituency one Deputy is elected.
