Article 88
Members of the National Assembly
The National Assembly shall comprise –
- forty-eight members elected from the constituencies demarcated by the Boundaries Commission; and
- five members nominated by the president.
Comment
While the President appointed 5 members into Parliament after the elections, they did not have voting power.
