Article 11
11.3 The total number of DPR members is 500, consisting of: a. 462 political party members elected by general elections. b. 38 ABRl members by appointment.
Comment
While the ABRI obtained 38 seats in Parliament by appointment, they were not allowed to vote and no longer had direct official access to parliamentary or executive power as they did under the Suharto administration.
