25.-(1)There shall be a Parliament for Gibraltar, which shall be styled the Gibraltar Parliament.
(2)The Parliament shall consist of –
(a) theSpeaker; and
(b) atleast seventeen Elected Members elected in such manner and in such number asmay be prescribed by any law which may prescribe a number in excess ofseventeen Members if such increase or reduction has been approved by a motionsupported by a two-thirds majority of the Members of the Parliament.
