20. Is there a limit on the amount a candidate can contribute to their own election campaign?

"The candidates’ electoral funds may be formed from the following monetary funds:

1) candidates’ own monetary funds which shall not exceed the maximum amount of all expenditures from the electoral fund of the candidate, mentioned in part three of this Article;"
