21. Is there a limit on in-kind donations to political parties?

Article 37 - First: The party or political organization may not receive donations from self-financed institutions and public companies, commercial companies, and banking, which are part of their capital from the State.
Second: All donations from persons, states, Or foreign organizations

Article 41 The party or political organization shall refrain from the following: acceptance of in-kind funds, or cash from any party, political organization, association, organization, person or any foreign body, except with the approval of the Party Department or political organizations .
