23. Is there a ban on political parties engaging in commercial activities?

Article 17, para. 2 letter c) of the Law on Political Parties  nr. 294, of 21.12.2007 

(3) The political party has the right to carry out editorial activity, directly related to the administration of its property, as well as other income-generating activities for the party's needs, if these activities are not prohibited by law and are explicitly stipulated in the statute of the political party .
