24. Is there a ban on political parties taking loans in relation to election campaigns?

The law determines, in regards with loans, that obliged subjects are allowed to take them only with banking institutions or credit institutions or other persons, whether natural or legal, including natural persons authorized by law (non-bank lenders) for such purpose.
