24. Is there a ban on political parties taking loans in relation to election campaigns?

Political campaigns of political parties can be financed by  loans received by a political party from banks registered in the Republic of Lithuania or another European Union Member State or a branch of a bank registered in the European Economic Area and operating in the Republic of Lithuania;
