25. Is there a ban on candidates taking loans in relation to election campaigns?

9.3 Obtaining Financial Assistance or Loans
Public Officials and Employees of Government may take loans from a person or legal entity
provided the loan is on commercial terms and include explicit requirements for repayment and a
reasonable rate of interest as established by law or as set by the Central Bank of Liberia or by
