Article 125, Paragraph 3 'Presidential candidates, political parties, coalitions and lists proposed by groups of citizens can not also receive, for any purpose, contributions of a pecuniary nature or a kind of natural or legal person whether nationals, considering the circumstances and within the duty of care required, is reasonably suspicion of illicit origin' (Source: C?digo Eleitoral, Lei No. 56/VII/2010)
