13. Is there a ban on donations from any other source?

Article 607.'(h) No candidate for the office of the President or Vice President of the Republic may, directly or indirectly, solicit a contribution from any employee of the executive branch of the national government with knowledge that the person from whom the contribution is solicited is an employee of the executive branch of the national government. No candidate for the Olbiil Era Kelalu may, directly or indirectly, solicit a contribution from any employee of the Olbiil Era Kelalu with knowledge that the person from whom the contribution is solicited is an employee of Olbiil Era Kelalu. No candidate for the chief executive office of any state may, directly or indirectly, solicit a contribution from any employee of the executive branch of that state with knowledge that the person from whom the contribution is solicited is an employee of the executive branch of that state. No candidate for any state legislature may, directly or indirectly, solicit a contribution from any employee of that state legislautre with knowledge that the person from whom the contribution is solicited is an employee of that state legislature.' Ban on candidates accepting contributions from any employee of the office or assembly to which the candidate is seeking to be elected, if the candidate is aware of the employment of the donor.
