Article 23, Paragraph 1 & 2 'It is strictly prohibited and punishable by law to give the political parties or politicians contributions, donations and bequests such as to undermine the independence and national sovereignty.With regard to political parties and politicians, it is strictly prohibited and punishable by law to receive contributions, donations and bequests such as to undermine the independence and national sovereignty.'
