44. Are there limits on traditional media advertising spending in relation to election campaigns?

Chapter IV of the Financial, Transparency and Oversight of Political Parties and Candidates Law, 2017. 

However, nor political parties nor independant candidates can exceed the limits established on Agreement 007-2017 regarding limits on  the spendings of general election.
