According to the Statement of the National Electoral Commission of Poland from November 28, 2016 , out of 119 election committees participating in the elections to the Sejm and obliged to submit the financial statements, only 115 did so. Furthermore, ourt of 115 election committees The National Electoral Commission in accordance with art. 144 § 1 of the Electoral Code, idecided:
1) to accept without reservation the reports of 11 electoral committees listed in Annex No. 1 to the communication;
2) to adopt, indicating weaknesses, reports of 82 election committees, listed in Annex No. 2 to the communication;
3) rto eject the reports of 22 electoral committees listed in Annex No. 3 to the Communication.
