54. Must reports from political parties and/or candidates include information on itemized spending?

Obliged subjects must present, 60 days after the official declaration of elections,  for both primary and general elections, a report that contains a balance sheet and the status of certificated and audited results of the income and spendings with the detail of the origin and the destiny of the contributions.
