57. What power is granted to the institution(s) responsible for examining reports and/or investigating violations?

La Junta Central Electoral tendrá facultad para anular cualquier operación de la cual tenga conocimiento e incautar provisionalmente o tomar cualquier medida cautelar con el auxilio de la fuerza pública respecto a cualquier bien, o para hacer cesar de inmediato cualquier uso indebido de los recursos y medios del Estado.
