9. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with government contracts to political parties?

Art.5.1 ' In addition to state funding, a political party may accept private contributions, either financial or otherwise, [...] provided that they: (D) do not come from public bodies, excluding the Youth Board in accordance with the provisions of subsection (2) of section 6B ?
