9. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with government contracts to political parties?

'There are no legal restrictions or limits in respect of the sources and amount of private funding and support that may be provided to political parties or individual candidates. Contributions maybe given through any form of activity and by anyone, including individuals, organisations enterprises (whether private or public) as well as from foreign sources.'
