11. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with partial government ownership to political parties?

Art 27.3, 'Political parties shall be prohibited from accepting donations from:1) foreign states, and natural and legal persons of foreign states;2) stateless persons;3) minor (underage) citizens of Turkmenistan;4) legal persons of Turkmenistan that have foreign capital in their charter capital;5) international organizations and international public movements;6) state authorities and local self?governance bodies in cases not provided for by the legislation ofTurkmenistan;7) military units, military organizations and law enforcement agencies;8) charitable and religious organizations, as well as from organizations established by them;9) legal persons which have been registered for less than twelve months; and10) unknown sources.'
