11. Is there a ban on donations from corporations with partial government ownership to political parties?

Article 37 - First: The party - or political organization may not receive donations from institutions - and self-financed public companies, commercial companies - and banking, which is part of the capital of the State.
Second: All donations from foreign persons, states or organizations are prohibited.
