6. (1) The Supervisor, as head of the Fijian Elections Office:

(f) oversees compliance with campaign rules and reporting requirements;

3.—(1) The Electoral Commission has the responsibility and authority to formulate policy and to oversee the conduct of elections in accordance with this Act and any other related law, including responsibility and authority with respect to the following matters:

(g) monitoring and enforcing compliance with this Act and any law governing political parties, on its own initiative or in response to a formal complaint;

26A (1) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Registrar shall have all powers necessary to carry out its functions under this Act.

(2) Notwithstanding the generality of subsection (I) if the Registrar has reason to believe that a person has information or documents relevant to or required by the Registrar for the performance of his or her duties under this Act, the Registrar may by notice in writing, direct the person to furnish such information or documents to the Registrar.
