60. If a particular institution is responsible for overseeing compliance with existing rules against abuse of state resources, what powers is it granted?

Numerals 12 and 13 of Article 10 and Article 24 of the Financial, Transparency and Oversight of Political Parties and Candidates Law, 2017. 

The Unit has the competence to start special investigations with the purpose of determing the origin of the funds and also it can require banking, fiduciary and fiscal information to other institutions about suspicious movements made by obliged subjects. The sanction is equivalent to the double of the amount illegaly received from public resources and the cancelation of its legal personality.
