67. Are there provisions for conflict of interests for candidates and/or elected officials?

 Republic of Lithuania law on the adjustment of public and private interests in the public service, as last amended on Jan 1, 2018, VIII-371

Candidates for Members of the Seimas, the Presidents of the Republic of Lithuania, Members of the European Parliament, and members of municipal councils submit declarations on public and private interests. The same provisions apply to elected members of the above mentions institutions.
