"Is punished with a fine of five million (5,000,000) to ten million (10,000,000) CFA francs and one to two years of imprisonment and deprivation of civil rights during five years, anyone who pleads guilty of acts described as corruption or electoral fraud. Considered as constituting corruption or electora fraud are the following acts: bribes to the electoral actors, in particular the assessors and the polling station presidents; [...]; the use of state property for campaign purposes; the lack of transparency in the use of resources that the State puts at the provision of political parties for election campaigns; [...]."
