Yes, elected officials must declare their private interests and income.

§ 2. (1) An official is a natural person who holds an official position for the performance of public duties regardless of whether he or she performs the duties imposed on him or her permanently or temporarily, for a charge or without charge, while in service or engaged in a liberal profession or under a contract, by election or appointment.

§ 12.  (1) An obliged official (hereinafter declarant) shall declare in a declaration information concerning his or her property and other circumstances with the aim of perceiving interests that may potentially have an impact on the performance of the official duties of the declarant and make these verifiable.
