Answer
No general definition of a conflict of interests, but provisions included in the Parliament Act.

The Parliament Act includes provisions that apply to conflicts of interest and since 2008 makes it mandatory for Members of Parliament (MP) to declare their assets. It is the MPs own responsibility to determine whether s/he faces a conflict of interest and to decide whether to participate in a chamber or committee meeting.
