68. Are elected officials required to submit reports regarding their finances?

Articles 56 and 57: Law of the Supreme Tribunal of Accounts, 

All public officials - belonging to any public institution that receives public funding -  that were elected due to an electoral process or that were elected in the congress, have the obligation to declare, under oath, their income with a detail of their assets and liabilities. The declaration will be presented to the Supreme Tribunal of Accounts.
