68. Are elected officials required to submit reports regarding their finances?
Antigua and Barbuda
1) Every person in public life shall file adeclaration in Form 2 in the Third Schedule with the Commission setting out
(a) his income, assets and liabilities;
(b) his public and private offices;
(c) the assets of his children above eighteen years old and ofany relative which were acquiredpartly or fully with his income;
(d) the assets of his or her spouse and of their children below eighteen years old;
(e) any gifts received in the course of the performance of his public functions; and
(f) such other information requiredto be set out in Form 2 in the Third Schedule.
