The recently introduced financial disclosure system will hopefully become a valid tool in preventing corruption and disclosing blatant instances of conflicts of interest and illicit enrichment. At the time of the on-site visit, all MPs, with the exception of one, had submitted declaration forms to the National Agency on Corruption Prevention.
