Art. 10 - "1. Members of the Federation Council and deputies of the State Duma must annually submit information about their income, expenses, property, and property-related liabilities as well as the income, expenses, property, and property-related liabilities of their spouses and minor children to the commission of the Federation Council or the State Duma, respectively, in charge of monitoring the reliability of information about income, property, and property-related obligations submitted by members of the Federation Council or deputies of the State Duma (hereinafter the parliamentary commission) no later than 1 April of the year following the reporting fiscal year.

2. The parliamentary commission shall be established in each of the chambers of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the manner determined by the corresponding chamber of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation."
