68. Are elected officials required to submit reports regarding their finances?

"Section 48

The Authorized Person who are liable to make declarations under Section 47, shall send the declaration of the list of Monies, Properties, liabilities and assets related to the business owned by him and his family to the Commission once every year in accordance with the stipulations."
