Financial reports to the Parliament must include  the assests and liabilities  within and outside Vanuatu of 

 " (a) the leader; and (b) the leader's spouse and children where feasible; (c) any trust of which the leader or the leader's spouse or children are a beneficiary where feasible".

Comment

The Leadership Code Act requires elected officials to provide a rcomprehensive eport of their financial affairs to the Clerk of Parliament within 2 months of being elected, and then on an annual basis by 1st March.
