69. Is it specified that a particular institution(s) is responsible for reviewing financial reports by elected officials?

Art. 22a. "(1) Conflict of interest in respect of public office holders shall be ascertained by the Commission for Prevention and Ascertainment of Conflict of Interest, hereinafter referred to as "the Commission", which shall be an independent body."
