69. Is it specified that a particular institution(s) is responsible for reviewing financial reports by elected officials?

Article 56; Supreme Tribunal of Acocunts Law, 2002. 

The institution that is in charge of reviewing the financial reports of elected officials is the Supreme Tribunal of Acocunts, also the law states that the Tribunal has the faculty to delegate the presentation of the declarations to another institution of department within its organizational scheme.
