Art. 13. Notification Register. "(1) A register of the notification is established as a public administration information system administered by the Ministry of Justice, unless otherwise provided in this Act."

Art. 14. Keeping the notification registry. (1) The registration authority is the Ministry of Justice; in the case of public officials referred to in § 2 (2) f), the Supreme Court is the registration authority. (2) Keeping the register of notifications is understood:

(a) the receipt and registration of notifications made pursuant to Articles 9 to 11 and 12 (4),

(b) retention of applications submitted to the registration authority pursuant to Article 13 (3) and (4) for a period of 5 years from the date of filing of the application,

(c) the retention of the notifications submitted to the registration authority pursuant to Sections 9 to 11 and 12 (4) for a period of 5 years from the date of termination of office of a public official,

(d) overseeing the completeness of the data included in a notification under Sections 9 to 11 and Article 12 (4) and requiring the addition of such data,

(e) the receipt of a communication pursuant to Article 13 (6),

(f) comparison of the data and provision of documents pursuant to Section 13 (7) to the administrative authority competent to deal with offenses under this Act,

(g) verifying requests and granting a username and access password for viewing in the alert register; and

(h) the performance of other activities related to activities under (a) to (g)."
