27. Are there provisions requiring donations to go through the banking system?

Art. 204. ‘It is forbidden for any candidate for election to a national or local mandate to receive directly or indirectly, donations in cash, in kind or any other contribution, whatever form, emanating from a foreign State or from a natural or legal person of foreign nationality. ‘
