70. Are reporting entities required to enforce enhanced due diligence policies and procedures regarding politically exposed persons?

The role of the Election Commissioner does not address this issue. However, the Electoral Commission has the power to compile and make reports on elections and related matters, and recommend changes to the law and procedures to improve the electoral system;
