71. Is it specified that a particular institution(s) is responsible for investigating money laundering that relates to political parties, candidates and elected officials?

"Section 6

The Corruption Eradication Commission shall have duties on:

     a. coordinating with agencies authorized to eradicate corruption;

     b. supervising of institutions authorized to eradicate corruption;

     c. conducting investigations, investigations and prosecutions of corruption;

     d. taking actions to prevent corruption; and

     e. monitoring the administration of the state."

Anti-corruption body = Corruption Eradication Commission: CEC or Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi: KPK

The provision shall comply with PN or Government Official (including elected officials) with no specification on political parties or candidates in this law.
