30. What is the allocation calculation for political parties to receive public funding?

"20% of the funds referred to in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of this Article shall be distributed in equal amounts to political entities in the Parliament, and municipal assemblies respectively, and the remaining 80% of funds in proportion to the total number of MP and councillor seats they have at the time of distribution."
