Politicalparties might be deregistered if they make use of any official media, includingprinting facilities, for any propaganda activity, other than those authorizedby law.
During the 30 prior days toan election, no government authority at national or local level can make use ofany mass media to publicly promote any of the programs or activity that theyshall official conduct on behalf of the State.
Theuse of official vehicles for partisan activities is prohibited.
