Security by deposit of money

12. (2) The security required bythis rule shall be given by a deposit of money of not less than ten thousandringgit, and the Judge, in the course of the trial, may require the petitioner to deposit anadditional sum of money by way of security as the Judge

may think fit.

13. (1) The deposit of money by way of security forpayment of costs, charges, and expenses payable by the petitioner shall be madeby payment to the Registrar which shall be vested in and drawn upon from timeto time by the Chief Judge for the purposes for which security is required bythese Rules. A receipt shall be given by the Registrar for the same.
