27. Appeals
(1) Where the Supervisor refuses an application to register apolitical party, the Supervisor shall so inform the applicant giving reasonsfor the refusal.
(2) An aggrieved applicant may, within twenty-one days of beingnotified that his application was refused, appeal to the Grand Court against thedecision of the Supervisor.
(3) The Chief Justice shallmake rules for the better carrying out of this section, for the procedure andforms to be used for the admission of evidence and for the fees to be paid onany appeal under this Law.
