Commonwealth arrangements

13.1 Disputesmay arise over the results of a federal election, or with regard to a number ofprocedural elements of the electoral process administered by the AustralianElectoral Commission (AEC).

At the time offiling the petition, the petitioner must lodge a deposit of $500 with theRegistry of the High Court as security for costs.
