CHAPTERVI: CHALLENGES

Article28:

b. Any citizen may submit achallenge before the competent court against any voter or candidate who doesnot meet the eligibility criteria stipulated in this law within three days fromthe date of publication of the lists. The complainant shall be exempted from court fees.
