Artículo ciento diecisiete

Los recursosjudiciales previstos en esta Ley son gratuitos. No obstante proceder? lacondena en costas a la parte o partes que hayan mantenido posiciones infundadas,salvo que circunstancias excepcionales, valoradas en la resoluci?n que sedicte, motiven su no imposici?n.

Article 117

Judicial appeals provided in this Law are free.This not wtihstanding, the costs of the proceedings will correspond to theparty or parties who had maintained baseless positions, unless there wereexceptional circumstances, to be assessed in the judicial decision, that hadmotivated not to impose those costs.
