Article 78. 2. An appeal of thedecision of a commission on registration, refusal to register a candidate (listof candidates), a referendum initiative group, other referendum participantsgroup, on refusal to certify the list of candidates, list of candidates insingle-seat (multi-seat) electoral districts may be submitted within ten days after the decisionthat is appealed of was made. This period shall not be renewed (extended).
